Neurologists and Warrior Blankets

Okay so over the holidays I have been taking it very easy, catching up with only a couple of friends as well as spending lots of time with family. I am now into my second week back at school and am going quite well, the only thing I have been struggling with is exhaustion. I am getting plenty of sleep and am still waking up feeling not fabulous and having to deal with the constant pain as well.
Last week, we went to the Neurologist. Getting official results from the American tests as well as testing of the pain receptors which would indicate if I had a small fibre neuropathy, which is unlikely as there were no abnormalities, which is fabulous news but I am still none the wiser to what I have got or some medication to help me. I am not going to lie and say I was fine with that, I left the neurologists appointment in a mood and upset as it is now the fifth year of all the pain and still no relief. I feel as if doctors are starting to give up on me and I am more determined than ever to find an answer as I surely couldn't be the only person in the world with this debilitating illness. Mum cheered me up with some Miss Chu for dinner. But what really made me cheer up was what I received on Friday, a blanket came in the mail and I am so grateful. A young girl who is chronically ill and usually in a wheelchair herself went out of her way to make me a beautiful blanket. The aim of this charity is to provide support for chronically ill Australians under 25 by the comfort of a blanket. This is so thoughtful and a wonderful thing for a young girl who is sick herself to be doing things to change the lives of sick.
I have donated and if you want to here is the link:
